I hereby grant SOUVENIR™ permission to capture, reproduce, publish, distribute, archive, exhibit, transmit, and otherwise use my likeness, image, voice, interview responses, presence, and participation in connection with any SOUVENIR™ publication, motion picture, recording, transmission, exhibition, social media release, printed matter, archival project, and future media not yet invented or discovered.

I understand these materials may appear across physical and digital formats worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, or prior approval.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished work and acknowledge that my participation is voluntary.
